#1 - Roy Williams, North Carolina

Williams has seen amazing success at two of the nation's best programs. All he's done in 20 seasons is make the NCAA tournament 19 times. The only time he didn't go to the postseason was his first year at Kansas, when the program was ineligible. He weathered the storm of probation to help Kansas maintain its place as one of the elite jobs in the country, and now he has North Carolina back as a perennial national championship contender. He has 560 career wins, the 2005 national title, and he's been to six Final Fours. He was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2007.
