24. John Jenkins – Houston (1990-1992) Why? Because the once proud program of the 80’s fell of the map by the end of 1992. Because despite having top-notch offensive talent the 1991 season saw a significant downturn from the Cougars improvement. Because Houston finished the 1991 season 7th in conference with a 4-7 record. Because Jenkins finished his tenure with an 18-15 overall record.
