Most Exciting College Football Game Finishes in the Past 5 Years

25. Oregon State defeats USC (2008) - It had been 41 years since Oregon State knocked off a No. 1 team. Freshman Jacquizz Rodgers helped the Beavers pull off another stunner -- and Southern California was the victim again. Rodgers ran for 186 yards and two touchdowns, and Oregon State built a 21-point first-half lead before capitalizing on a late turnover and upsetting the Trojans 27-21.

Ole Miss survives wild finish to down LSU

Jevan Snead (left) was an efficient 14-of-21 for 206 yards for Ole Miss.
Dexter McCluster ran all over a stout LSU defense and also threw a go-ahead touchdown pass to Shay Hodge early in the fourth quarter, as Ole Miss thwarted a late rally to upend the 10th-ranked Tigers, 25-23, in a wild finish at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.

The Rebels went ahead, 25-17, on Joshua Shene's fourth field goal of the game with 3:42 remaining. Jordan Jefferson quickly led the Tigers down the field and hit an open Rueben Randle with a 25-yard scoring strike with 1:17 left.

Following a defensive pass interference penalty on the first two-point try, a jump ball to Terrance Toliver fell incomplete. LSU, however, recovered the ensuing onside kick to stay alive.
