15. Kansas – Why? Because the Jayhawks fell from #13 in mid-September to out of the final Top 25 rankings. Because they were supposed to prove that 2007 was not a fluke. Because all of their offensive stars were back this season including Todd Reesing, Jake Sharp, and Dezmon Briscoe.
