Arizona's Parrom sidelined with broken foot

Tucson, AZ (Sports Network) - University of Arizona freshman guard/forward Kevin Parrom will miss 4-to-8 weeks due to a stress fracture in his left foot.

The 6-foot-6, 205-pound swingman averaged eight points, 2.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in Arizona's two exhibition contests.

Cincinnati upends No. 21 Maryland in Maui


Mick Cronin's Cincinnati Bearcats upset the 21st-ranked Maryland Terrapins.
Yancy Gates scored 17 points and pulled down 13 rebounds as Cincinnati beat 21st-ranked Maryland, 69-57, in the semifinals of the Maui Invitational.

Deonta Vaughn added 16 points and five assists for the Bearcats (4-0), who will battle Gonzaga on Wednesday for the title. The Bulldogs beat Wisconsin, 74-61, Tuesday night.
