No. 15 Wake Forest routs Indiana


James Johnson paced Wake Forest with 21 points and added five rebounds.
James Johnson scored 21 points and grabbed five rebounds, leading the 15th-ranked Wake Forest Demon Deacons to an 83-58 victory over the Indiana Hoosiers in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.

Johnson shot 8-of-10 from the floor -- including 3-of-3 from long distance -- for Wake Forest (7-0), which earned the 76 Classic title with wins over Cal State Fullerton, UTEP and Baylor. L.D. Williams added 16 points, while Al- Farouq Aminu had 12 points and nine rebounds for the Demon Deacons.

'I thought we played hard, but I thought we could have played a little better than we played,' Wake Forest head coach Dino Gaudio said. 'I don't want to take away anything from Indiana. I thought they were a hard, tough basketball team. Good win for Wake Forest, good win for the ACC.' ... Continue
