Tiger Stadium wins this competion hands down. Our stadium is bigger and much louder than A&M's. Our tailgating is also on another level compared to them.

"The reason why LSU broke the contract with A&M was cause A&M was consistantly take the tigers to the woodshed and beating the sheet out them like a red-headed step child"

Again, the reason LSU broke the contract was because the SEC went to 12 teams, which added one more SEC game to the schedule. I don't know what is so hard to comprehend.

LSU is secong to none!!
"I've been to both...
Attended A&M/LSU games in both places, and sorry kids, but Tiger Stadium didn't touch Kyle in terms of intensity, noise, and atmosphere."

fig96.....Did you just fall off the tur!@#$% truck or did you eat paint chips as a kid?? A&M is the arm pit of the Big12!! You ask ANY coach in the NCAA what stadium they hate playing in because of the noise and atmosphere and they will tell you Tiger Stadium!!! I'm sorry when we make a touchdown we don't jump on the ground and start doing push up's!! No....we shake the earth. Google LSU Earthquake game and you will understand!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!!

TAMU IS A JOKE AND SO IS THE BIG 12
TAMU FANS NEED TO WAKE UP ITS NOT 1980 ANY MORE AND YOU GUYS ARENT ANY GOOD. IM NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN BUT YOU DID LOSE LAST YEAR TO ARKANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY AT HOME IT THAT GREAT ATMOSPHERE YALL ARE ALL TALKING ABOUT. LOOK YOU PLAY IN A CONFERENCE WHERE YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT THE TEAM THAT WINS THE OK AND TX GAME WINS THE BIG 12. THATS THE PITS IT SHOULD BE CALLED THE BIG 2 MOST YEARS. EVEN THIS YEAR WITH ALL OF YOUR RANKED TEAMS THEY COULD NOT WIN THEIR BOWL GAMES WHEN THEY PLAYED THE BEST FROM THE OTHER CONFERENCES. LOOK I THINK THAT THE BIG 12 MAY BE ON THE REBOUND AND THAT WOULD BE NICE FOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL. BECAUSE THE BIG 2 AND THE PAC 1 AND EVEN THE BIG 1 INSTEAD OF BIG 10 ARE NOT FUN TO WATCH. I AM NOT TRING TO PICK A FIGHT BUT YOUR STADIUM IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE GAMES PLAYED IN IT. THAT MEANS THAT THEIR HAVE TO BE GOOD TEAMS PLAYING GAMES THAT MATTER AND BY THAT COUNT RIGHT NOW YOU LOSE HANDS DOWN. WE ARE A GREAT TEAM IN THE BEST CONFERENCE WITH THE BEST STADIUM IN THAT CONFERENCE. THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SETTLE THIS ARGUMENT. IF THIS WAS A DIFFERENT TIME YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON, BUT THAT WOULD BE LIKE ME SAYING THAT TIGER STADIUM IS THE BEST BASED SOULY ON THE PAST. I COULD TALK ABOUT BILLY CANNON ON HOLLOWEEN NIGHT OR THE EARTHQUAKE GAME AND SO ON BUT WITH OUT A PRESENT OR A POSITIVE FUTURE CLOSE, YOU HAVE NO ARGUMENT. SORRY

P.S. AS A TIGER FAN I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO STATE THAT O FEEL THAT WE PLAY IN THE HARDEST CONFERENCE IN FOOTBALL SO THE IDEA THAE WE ARE SCARED TO PLAY ANYONE DUE TO THE PAST OR THE FUTURE IS STUPID AND LIKE ALABAMA YOU NEED AND ND YOU NEED TO GET OVER YOU PAST AND MOVE ON ITS SEEMED TO HELP THOSE SCHOOLS OR YOU COULD STAY STUCK IN THE PAST AND STUCK IN LAST.

just stupid
Yeah your right LSU fans are horrible. I need to stock up on more ziplocks to pee in for next year seeing as I ran out of them this fall throwing bags at children and the elderly.

Seriously people?

I'm getting tired of these claims that we burn opposing fans at the stake, feed children to alligators, etc. "Uncle D" I refuse to believe you've ever even stepped foot in Baton Rouge because it is a common practice for tailgaters to invite opposing fans in to give them free beer and good food all day long. This is anything but horrible treatment in my eyes. Seriously people like you need to get over your stupid pompous stereotypes.

Blood in both
Grew up in North Louisiana. Married an Aggie (wonderful woman). My son is a junior at LSU Baton Rouge. I grew up attending some LSU home games as a boy in the 80’s and followed them in the 90’s as well. Back then they were not the consistant dominant football program that they have become. There was a stretch back then that I remember my father and I talking about who LSU had to play early in the season and ALWAYS feared the A & M game and wrote that off as a butt kicking before even played because it was going to happen. I know the LSU fans first hand and often was embarr!@#$%ed by the vast majority of young students and other surrounding area fans that had too much to drink that turned them into obnoxious idiots. I guess this helped them forget how bad the LSU football program really was then but innocent people got hurt by these actions and it is hard to forget. On the other hand I know a lot of really good people from there and realize you can’t blame everyone from the actual university. Bottom line in Baton Rouge …. “grown up” atmosphere, don’t bring children, prepare to hear and see anything and everything, college football Mardi Gra, more security needed for the visitors ….. I recommend a strong quan!@#$%y of K-9 units to humble the potential uncalled-for instances, and yes a LOUD and intimidating stadium.
In regards to Kyle field we attend 2 home games a season. Usually 1 out-of-conference game and 1 game in conference. The whole day there is an event for every age to take part in. The pre-game flyovers are my favorite. There is RESPECT paid to all that has made this University what is today. Ags take pride in enjoying game day events and a lot of them with other visiting university students and alumni. Tail-gaiting together is not uncommon. Now I have been attending these since 2000 and things have not been great in College Station, but I have witnessed some very loud games, including a Texas visit which had to be the loudest I have EVER heard. After this game I saw Ags playing pool with Texas alumni. I know you have some bad apples on every tree but this is a good tree to start with. Bottom line …. bring your children, bring your friends, go to Kyle field. You will not regret it …. Aggie fan or visiting fan you will not forget it.

Close, but incorrect
"TAMU refuses to schedule LSU because they're still ticked that when the SEC schedule went from 7 to 8 games that the Ags got dropped."

You're thinking of the home & home series that A&M had with FSU. It was cancelled by FSU when they changed conferences the year before

Really???
This is comical. If there is truth to your claim that LSU has declined to play A&M, it's only because LSU has nothing to gain by playing them. It's not a quality win and it doesn't help their strength of schedule. If they were to lose, they stand to tumble in the rankings because A&M is never ranked anymore. Instead, they're usually found floundering at the bottom of the Big 12. That's why they scheduled WVU for 2010 & 2011. When you've been ranked for a couple of years, come talk to me. Scared of A&M?? Seriously??
