Again, the reason LSU broke the contract was because the SEC went to 12 teams, which added one more SEC game to the schedule. I don't know what is so hard to comprehend.
Attended A&M/LSU games in both places, and sorry kids, but Tiger Stadium didn't touch Kyle in terms of intensity, noise, and atmosphere."

fig96.....Did you just fall off the tur!@#$% truck or did you eat paint chips as a kid?? A&M is the arm pit of the Big12!! You ask ANY coach in the NCAA what stadium they hate playing in because of the noise and atmosphere and they will tell you Tiger Stadium!!! I'm sorry when we make a touchdown we don't jump on the ground and start doing push up's!! No....we shake the earth. Google LSU Earthquake game and you will understand!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!!
P.S. AS A TIGER FAN I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO STATE THAT O FEEL THAT WE PLAY IN THE HARDEST CONFERENCE IN FOOTBALL SO THE IDEA THAE WE ARE SCARED TO PLAY ANYONE DUE TO THE PAST OR THE FUTURE IS STUPID AND LIKE ALABAMA YOU NEED AND ND YOU NEED TO GET OVER YOU PAST AND MOVE ON ITS SEEMED TO HELP THOSE SCHOOLS OR YOU COULD STAY STUCK IN THE PAST AND STUCK IN LAST.
Seriously people?
I'm getting tired of these claims that we burn opposing fans at the stake, feed children to alligators, etc. "Uncle D" I refuse to believe you've ever even stepped foot in Baton Rouge because it is a common practice for tailgaters to invite opposing fans in to give them free beer and good food all day long. This is anything but horrible treatment in my eyes. Seriously people like you need to get over your stupid pompous stereotypes.
In regards to Kyle field we attend 2 home games a season. Usually 1 out-of-conference game and 1 game in conference. The whole day there is an event for every age to take part in. The pre-game flyovers are my favorite. There is RESPECT paid to all that has made this University what is today. Ags take pride in enjoying game day events and a lot of them with other visiting university students and alumni. Tail-gaiting together is not uncommon. Now I have been attending these since 2000 and things have not been great in College Station, but I have witnessed some very loud games, including a Texas visit which had to be the loudest I have EVER heard. After this game I saw Ags playing pool with Texas alumni. I know you have some bad apples on every tree but this is a good tree to start with. Bottom line …. bring your children, bring your friends, go to Kyle field. You will not regret it …. Aggie fan or visiting fan you will not forget it.
You're thinking of the home & home series that A&M had with FSU. It was cancelled by FSU when they changed conferences the year before
